About The Opportunity

We are hiring for Graduate roles in the following areas:
- Civil Structures – designing bridges, viaducts and structural frameworks that combine strength
- Ground Engineering – foundation, retaining, and ground improvement solutions for stability and safety in all ground conditions, including offshore wind
Your key tasks and responsibilities
- Contribute throughout the project lifecycle to the design and delivery of transport-related projects
- Perform analysis using computer modelling; create, read, and interpret technical material
- Develop digital tools and approaches to solve engineering challenges for our clients
- Translate engineering concepts into presentations, reports, sketches, drawings, and infographics to communicate value to clients and stakeholders
- Identify potential health & safety, design, and commercial risks and contribute to mitigating them
- Proactively pursue continuous professional development including working towards chartership with a recognised institution
Your Skills and Experience
- A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline (General Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering)
- Ability to summarise and present information via different channels (e.g. report writing, PowerPoint, hand sketching)
- Understanding of Digital Automation
