As our new Graduate Arboricultural Consultant, you will be joining a market‑leading, innovative team (working across our Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Leeds, and London offices) that undertakes projects across a wide range of sectors, including buildings, energy and transport, in the UK and internationally. We provide a positive and supportive learning environment, including mentorship and a pathway to Chartership.
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Undertaking arboricultural surveys on projects
- Preparation of drawings and reports using a range of software
- Tree risk assessments
- Attending project meetings and coordinating with other specialist disciplines
This role is available in the following locations: Edinburgh & Newcastle.
For this role, we believe your starting point is:
- A degree in arboriculture
- Experience with a range of IT packages, including Keytree, OTISS, AutoCAD and GIS based platforms
- Be numerically competent
- Possess excellent English communication skills, both oral and written
- A collaborative attitude to working
- Confident in developing your own networks
