b Overview /b p In this role you support fast-paced UK and global M A transactions by identifying EHS/ESG risks and delivering concise, actionable guidance to buyers and sellers. You work closely with cross-functional specialists to shape due diligence outputs and influence post-acquisition sustainability priorities. You will manage medium-to-large projects across geographies, including site visits and client-facing reporting. This position offers exposure to diverse sectors and a pathway to leadership within Ramboll’s transactional due diligence practice. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays /li li Matched pension contributions /li li Private medical cover /li li Life assurance /li li Flexible work environment /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Prepare proposals with pricing, budgets and timelines /li li Engage with clients to develop new relationships /li li Manage medium to large multi-site due diligence projects across geographies /li li Deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and LECR assessments for complex facilities /li li Conduct ESG assessments for buy-side and sell-side transactions, including data room review and client reporting /li li Support management calls and interpretation of information to produce focused client reports /li li Coordinate project activities and contribute to client proposals and governance /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Relevant EHS/ESG knowledge and due diligence experience /li li 7 to 12 years’ practical experience delivering Phase I ESAs and LECR assessments (preferably ASTM) and ESG assessments /li li Ability to quickly understand information and work autonomously /li li Experience in proposal preparation /li li Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and advisor engagement /li li Project management experience /li li Willingness to travel within UK and Ireland /li li Bachelor-level qualification or equivalent in environmental studies/geography or related field (preferred) /li /ul ul li Collaborative mindset /li li Detail-oriented and proactive problem-solving /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management /li li Phase I Environmental Site Assessments /li li LECR assessments /li li ESG assessments /li /ul
