Overview

As a Health, Safety and Fire Consultant at Ramboll, you will join a growing health and safety consultancy team to deliver risk management across multiple sectors. You will work in a multidisciplinary setting, balancing regulatory compliance with organizational culture and change to support sustainable outcomes. The role combines advisory and delivery work, including audits, risk assessments, and training, with opportunities to develop your health, safety and fire knowledge. Responsibilities

  • Deliver health, safety and fire risk management services in a multi-disciplinary project environment
  • Execute project work such as corporate and regulatory compliance auditing, report writing, risk assessment, training delivery, and client solutions
  • Collaborate with clients across diverse sectors
  • Support bids and development of proposals for new client work
  • Assist in promoting Health, Safety and Fire Services

Key requirements

  • NEBOSH General Certificate (essential)
  • NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety or Level 3 equivalent (essential)
  • Associate Institute of Fire Safety Managers membership or equivalent (essential)
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent or working towards (desirable)
  • Level 4 Fire Risk Assessment Qualification (desirable)
  • TechIOSH or CertIOSH membership
  • Member Institute of Fire Safety Managers membership or equivalent (desirable)
  • Full clean driving licence
  • At least three years demonstrable fire risk assessment experience
  • At least two years demonstrable health and safety experience
  • Understanding of UK Health, Safety and Fire legislation and compliance
  • Confident in a client/stakeholder facing environment
