Overview
As an Experienced Senior Consultant in Environmental Due Diligence, you will support fast-paced UK and global M&A transactions by identifying EHS/ESG risks and delivering actionable client guidance. You’ll work with cross-disciplinary teams to assess environmental liabilities, ESG considerations, and post-acquisition priorities. The role combines technical assessment, client-facing engagement, and project management in a collaborative, growth-focused environment. You will contribute to shaping sustainable outcomes across transactions and portfolios.

Responsibilities
- Prepare proposals with pricing, budgets, and timelines
- Engage in client discussions and help develop new relationships
- Manage medium-to-large projects, multi-site and multi- geography due diligence
- Deliver Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) and Limited Environmental Compliance Review (LECR)
- Participate in management calls, interpret information, and produce client reports
- Deliver ESG assessments for buy-side and sell-side due diligence
- Conduct desk-based research, review data rooms, and prepare targeted client reports
Key requirements
- Relevant EHS/ESG knowledge
- Experience delivering Phase I ESAs and LECR, ideally to ASTM standards
- Experience with ESG assessments
- Ability to understand information quickly, work proactively and autonomously
- Experience in proposal preparation
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Project management experience
- Willingness to travel within UK & Ireland
