Your new role
You will bring your knowledge of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and Environmental Management into play as you co-ordinate statutory EIA, non-statutory environmental assessment and environmental due diligence processes required to support major development proposals across a range of sectors. You will have the opportunity to drive sustainable change through all stages in the project lifecycle across the data centre, industrial and property sectors.
To succeed in this role, you will be able to work in a multi-disciplinary environment and apply an understanding of environmental consenting processes in the UK as well as an understanding of EIA process and regulations. You will have the opportunity to support projects at various stages in the project lifecycle from early stage due diligence, feasibility, masterplanning and through EIA, to consent condition compliance.
Key responsibilities will be:
- Project management and coordination of environmental baseline data collection, interpretation of data and collaboration with colleagues and co-professionals to advise clients on environmental and sustainability constraints and opportunities for development.
- Report writing (including due diligence, EIA screening).
