Your new role
As our new Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions and also supporting the technical development of the junior engineers. You’ll be joining colleagues from all over the world working on a wide range of projects both nationally and internationally. By combining local experience and insights with our global knowledge base, we provide our clients with the most qualified expertise to deliver the best solutions. We also offer a complete service by acting as trusted advisers to our clients at every stage of the project life: from strategy development and planning to detailed design and execution.
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Supporting the team in tasks including design analysis, reports, drawings, and tendering
- Development and delivery of innovative, sustainable, and high-quality design solutions
- Project management including managing risks and opportunities in all project phases
- Contributing to the development of junior engineers
About you
- Master’s degree in Engineering and/or Science (MSc, MEng or similar)
- Preferably Chartered or working towards (MICE CEng)
- Strong capabilities and experience in tunnel & underground space projects
- Strong design experience from a geotechnical, structural or heavy civils background. Numerical modelling expertise is a bonus.
- Good team working and problem-solving skills.
