Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to oversee payroll services across Europe in a hybrid/remote setup. You will interface with Ramboll payroll vendors, HR, Finance, ICT, and local subcontractors, ensuring service performance, governance, and continuity.
You will lead payroll transformation, onboarding of new countries, and continuous process improvements, with strong emphasis on compliance, risk oversight, and knowledge management across Ramboll’s European operations.
