Your New Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will source, screen, and build a pipeline of diverse, qualified candidates for targeted positions across Europe. Your experience recruiting for engineering or environmental consulting roles and fluent Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian language skills will be essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface closely with Hiring Managers to understand business needs and identify talent gaps by geography and function.
  • Leverage sourcing channels and methods, including Boolean search, social media, external databases, and CRM tools, to develop a proactive pipeline of qualified and diverse talent for open, recurring, and niche roles.
  • Generate innovative sourcing ideas, leverage resources, and collaborate to create effective strategies that identify candidate profiles.
  • Conduct pre‑screening phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills, competencies, fit for current or future positions, and alignment with Ramboll culture.
  • Build relationships with potential candidates through networking, employee referrals, and passive recruiting techniques, including use of social media.
  • Maintain and nurture external relationships to enhance Ramboll’s presence in the market.

About You

  • Previous recruitment experience in a multinational company or recruitment agency.
  • Prior experience in Engineering, Environmental, or Management Consulting (beneficial).
  • Ability to research, interpret, and utilize competitor information.
  • Strong social media skills, capable of creating and sharing engaging LinkedIn content.
  • Fluency in Norwegian, Danish, or Swedish essential; strong English communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media and recruitment tools & systems, including LinkedIn.
  • Experience delivering results against SLAs, KPIs, and team objectives.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple job openings under tight timelines.
