About the Role

At Rambert, we believe audiences are at the heart of everything we do.

We’re looking for an ambitious, strategic and hands‑on Head of Audiences to help shape how people discover, experience and stay connected with Rambert.

You’ll lead audience development across our touring productions, our digital offer Rambert Plus, our Participation and Community programmes and other varied projects, ensuring audiences experience Rambert as one connected organisation.

Working closely with the Director of Audiences, you’ll lead a talented team, build strong relationships with touring venues and use audience insight to drive engagement, loyalty and growth.

We’re looking for someone who loves developing strategy but gets just as much satisfaction from making it happen.

Someone who’s curious, collaborative and excited by finding better ways to connect people with extraordinary work.
