Your role…

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of world-class digital marketing campaigns for a range of our life sciences clients.

You’ll develop your experience across a range of digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.

Working closely with Digital Marketing Managers, Account Managers, and the Social Media Manager, you\’ll help bring digital strategies to life through implementation, optimisation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Digital Campaign Delivery

  • Support the delivery of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist with the setup and optimisation of PPC campaigns, mainly in Google Ads.
  • Ensure digital tactics align with client goals and broader marketing strategies.

SEO & Content Optimisation

  • Conduct keyword research, on-page content optimisation, and basic technical SEO tasks using tools such as SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
  • Support content improvement initiatives based on search performance insights.
  • Maintain accuracy and quality across all SEO-related deliverables.

Social Media Support

  • Assist Social Media colleagues with daily scheduling, post uploads, and researching content ideas.
  • Monitor and report on LinkedIn campaign performance (paid and organic).
  • Contribute to maintaining and updating content calendars.

Email & CRM Tools

  • Use HubSpot and Salesforce to support email campaign execution, lead tracking, and reporting.
  • Help with audience segmentation, campaign scheduling, and basic automation support.
  • Assist in the monitoring of campaign metrics and engagement trends.

Reporting & Development

  • Compile campaign performance reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Identify and flag blockers or quality issues proactively during execution.
  • Participate in internal training and development to grow skills and responsibilities over time.
