Guest Service Assistant– Night is responsible for auditing all charges and postings, correcting work as required. Prepares the documentation for the new day. Check-in/check-out hotel guests courteously and efficiently and ensures the safety of the guests and the hotel throughout the night shift. Corrections to the Room Rate Report. Backup computer system files. Verifies that all checks are closed, and closes and logs any open check in the Point of Sale.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal. Any additional language is considered an asset.
  • Any experience in a Front Desk or guest-facing role is considered an asset.
  • Certificate / Diploma / Vocational training or any other qualification in Hospitality or relevant studies is considered an asset.
  • Any certificate / diploma/ training or other qualification in Health & Safety is considered an asset.
