Our Maintenance team are responsible for ensuring that the whole property is in top condition and they are currently looking for a Shift Engineer to support them in delivering the efficient and effective service that our guests expect.

The team face a wide range of opportunities and challenges on a daily basis, both in guest facing areas and behind the scenes, so the Engineer's role is to liaise with the relevant hotel departments to ensure that tasks are prioritised, parts are sourced and the tasks are carried out to meet deadlines and keep our business running smoothly.

Previous experience of working in a hotel or similar environment is essential, as is a mechanical or electrical qualification ideally to City and Guilds level.

The team work on a shift pattern so flexibility is paramount, as is the availability to work weekends and possible nights depending on the requirements of the business. Full uniform and equipment is provided.

Typical shifts are 07:30 - 16:00, 10:30 - 19:00 and 14:30 - 23:00 on a rota basis.
