From busy Friday night dine-in crowds to a steady stream of local delivery orders, our kitchen is always buzzing. We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Pizza Chef to join our close-knit kitchen family and learn the art of wood-fired pizza making.
The Role:
As a Trainee Pizza Chef, you don't need years of kitchen experiencejust a great attitude and a willingness to learn. You will work alongside our Head Chef, learning everything from dough preparation to managing a live wood-fired oven.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn to prepare, stretch, and top fresh Roman-style pizza dough to our exact family recipes.
Master the art of firing and managing a traditional wood-fired pizza oven.
Efficiently prepare orders for both our busy Balham dine-in restaurant guests and local delivery drivers.
Keep the pizza station impeccably clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Adhere to all kitchen health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
