Ralph is excited to be recruiting for a qualified and talented Finance Manager to join a dynamic Commercial Finance team in Nottingham! In this role, you'll be a key business partner to the Procurement Team, providing critical financial insight, analysis, and support to drive strategic decisions. The Opportunity:
- Business Partnering: Support and challenge the procurement team through various scenarios to ensure strategic delivery.
- Financial Analysis: Manage customer pricing models, track inflation/deflation impacts, and provide financial clarity.
- Balance Sheet & Rebates: Own reconciliations and ensure procurement rebate tracking is robust and traceable.
- Value Chain Analysis: Assist procurement with supplier evaluations, offering data-driven insights.
- Project Financials: Oversee financial tracking of value engineering projects to support bottom-line results.
- Budget & Forecasting: Collaborate with commercial finance to deliver annual budgets and re-forecasts.
- Performance Reporting: Enhance internal management information to provide clear business insights.
- Leadership: Develop and manage one direct report, fostering growth and development.
