Position Overview Please note this is a Fixed Term Contract for 12‑14 months as a maternity cover. You will partner with key stakeholders, subject matter experts and end users to determine the best learning solution. Conduct needs analysis to find the best learning solution for the user leveraging best‑in‑class external material as well as creating proprietary in‑house learning solutions. The key objectives of this role are to design, develop and manage global best‑in‑class learning experiences for a mixture of digital, virtual, live and on‑demand events, applying intuitive user‑centric design and digital technologies. You will also be creating engaging digital communication collateral, managing global data and insights for all global learning experience and the ROI regionally as well as managing our global budgets.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Learning Strategy & Analysis Partner cross‑functionally with corporate and retail teams to identify learning needs and content priorities. Leverage data insights to optimize global eLearning experiences. Manage regional and global learning budgets.
  • Content Design & Development Design quality learning solutions mapped to RL Success Drivers: digital/virtual/face‑to‑face training, videos, performance aids, and Brilliant Briefs. Create innovative, learner‑centric content that is accessible, visually engaging and easy to navigate. Select appropriate learning formats and authoring tools based on topic, learner needs, and delivery method. Set clear learning objectives and measure business impact through quality metrics and learner feedback.
  • Stakeholder Management Build strong relationships with P&D and Talent Development teams. Assess training needs and define priorities with stakeholders. Support implementation of global learning tools and initiatives. Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Learning Administration Maximize Learning Management System (Workday Learning) capabilities. Maintain accuracy of training materials (Onboarding, Learning Journeys, Product Knowledge). Support reporting and data collation.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, as well as effective time management.
  • Previous experience in a learning function.
  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Capable to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner; seen as a strategic partner.
  • Must demonstrate exceptional judgment, discretion and professional courtesy.
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a passion for writing and producing quality learning content.
  • Experience taking complex content and turning it into accessible, engaging and easy to follow learning.
  • Agile mindset with ability to meet deadlines and incorporate feedback.
  • Analytical Mindset – Data‑driven approach to learning effectiveness.
  • Content design expertise with creative software proficiency Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Audition, Final Cut, Articulate 360.
