WHAT YOU’LL DO
Business Client Development
- Support the sales team in the absence of manager(s) to ensure an extraordinary customer experience and maximise sales and commercial opportunities in store and through outreach.
- Communicate, engage, and energise the team to maximise performance using service metrics.
Leadership & Engagement Support
- Support the manager(s) in creating an inclusive working environment with a customer-first culture.
- Assist the team in using service metrics in the absence of manager(s) to deliver sales and profit results.
- Support the manager(s) in developing the team\’s product knowledge and selling culture.
Operations
- Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation.
- Communicate product and customer feedback to buyers and manager(s), and coordinate marketing initiatives and pricing changes.
