Position Overview
The role encompasses 3 areas:
- Training digital and value centre teams: Onboarding, creating and implementing a structured onboarding process for all new starters in digital.
- Training Projects: Implementing and managing ad hoc training initiatives to support the development of our digital team. Project manage employee engagement driven initiatives to support employee development, experience and knowledge.
- Employee Engagement and Development: Supporting the capture and analysis of our Employee Voice. Listen to, acknowledge and understand what our Digital employees voice is and how we use this to improve their development and our business processes.
This role is a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Structured Onboarding: Enhance the onboarding process for new hires through the implementation of a structured and engaging program, ensuring a smooth transition into the organisation.
- Unified Training Content: Ensure consistency in training content delivery across all centres to maintain a high standard of training quality.
- Feedback Integration: Consolidate feedback from the digital team and both centres to inform and shape future training structures and schedules, fostering continuous improvement.
- Content Creation: Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive training content and materials for all teams within the Centre of Excellence (CoE).
- Talent Identification and Tracking: Develop a system for identifying emerging talents and tracking the performance of individuals within the agent population.
- Voice of the Employee Sessions: Conduct regular Voice of the Employee sessions to gather valuable feedback and insights, contributing to the enhancement of training programs.
- Confident Delivery: Maintain a confident and engaging delivery of new training content on a day-to-day basis.
- Material Organization: Regularly review, maintain, and organize training materials to ensure accessibility and relevance.
- Trend Analysis: Utilise Voice of the Customer (VOC), feedback, observations, and other data sources to identify trends and opportunities in training, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Brand Representation: Act as a representative of the brand, inspiring and motivating employees by sharing passion and enthusiasm for the company.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
- Demonstrate the ability to conduct Learning Needs Analysis and recommend appropriate solutions, challenging existing processes when necessary.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills, including creative and innovative thinking, to address challenges.
- Demonstrate experience in daily reporting to various stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Exhibit expertise in presenting and collaborating with different departments, contributing to the development of strategies that meet multiple specifications.
- Adaptability to Change: Leverage experience in working and leading in a changing environment, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
