Essential Duties & Responsibilities

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

Business Client Development

  • Deliver an extraordinary, best-in-class, and personalized level of service to maximize sales and commercial opportunities in-store and through outreach
  • Build and nurture a loyal client base of Very Important Customers (VICs), Super VICs, and top clients
  • Initiate and execute bespoke events and experiences for clients

Leadership & Engagement Support

  • Create a unique and elevated environment aligned with the Ralph Lauren sales code
  • Act as a Ralph Lauren ambassador and representative to network effectively and stay updated with competitor activity, innovations, trends, events, and campaigns
  • Maintain expert knowledge of brand and product offerings

Operations

  • Expertise in Ralph Lauren clienteling, digital tools, store systems, and procedures
  • Uphold and coach brand standards and presentation
  • Attend product buys and communicate feedback to buyers and managers
