Position Overview
Please note this is a Fixed Term position for 12 months. We are seeking a passionate, creative and highly motivated individual to join the Retail Marketing team for Europe, overseeing the brand growth. Driving brick and mortar innovation, introducing innovative concepts to drive brand engagement, convenience and client acquisition; accelerating acquisition through tourism and new store opening strategies, as well as partnerships - with a focus on HNW and next gen; and finally playing a significant role in accelerating brand growth across UK, Italy and Spain and in feeding market knowledge and consumer insights back to the centre.
Central to the success of the Manager will be their ability to lead, nurture, and challenge their team of 3 to devise marketing initiatives that deliver on the core objectives. Over and above all the skills and experience required to be successful as a marketer within Ralph Lauren, we seek an individual with a genuine passion and feel for the brand, strong interest in fashion and digital innovation, and who has the ability to deliver projects on a big scale, inspire change and drive excitement.
Essential Duties:
- Protecting and enhancing brand equity and increasing market share within a rapidly changing and highly competitive marketplace.
- Strong leadership skills and confirmed experience steering and coaching a team of 3 or more.
- Great team player and self-starter - collaborative, proactive, and enthusiastic to drive teams to results.
- Commercially accountable. Will have managed marketing budgets and be adept at calculating return on investment and creating a robust business case to support activity.
- Comfortable negotiating with third parties to establish marketing partnerships.
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills with experience producing content for presentations, mastery of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
