Digital Visual Merchandising Assistant (1 year fixed term) supports the visual merchandising team in ensuring the merchandising plan is executed correctly and on time.
Working cross‑functionally, the role executes product lifestyle management and site merchandising improvements, continuously monitors the site to confirm all products are listed in line with flagship requirements, and troubleshoots customer‑facing issues before they reach the contact centre.
The assistant maintains flagship standards, is aware of divisional plans, seasonal buys, and forecasts, and makes informed merchandising decisions.
Responsibilities
- Execute the digital visual merchandising plan.
- Resolve product‑page issues quickly to optimise sales and keep PDPs 98% live.
- Perform daily site checks and implement merchandising improvements.
- Use knowledge of the divisional seasonal buy to merchandise appropriately.
- Monitor top sellers and stock levels to trade performance and provide feedback to buying and planning.
- Run ad‑hoc requests and reports for senior team members.
- Partner with the product catalogue team to support product go‑live and the merchandising plan.
Qualifications
- 1+ full strategic cycles.
- Passion for working in a luxury fashion brand.
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables & VLOOKUP) to manipulate large data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of web tools (Salesforce, Adobe Analytics, Content Square a plus).
- Highly organised with a sharp eye for detail.
- Willingness to get “stuck in” and learn.
- Data‑driven; strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude for technology and understanding of product data flows and e‑commerce software.
- Positive, can‑do attitude.
