Drive seasonal brand image communications by creating clear in‑store guidelines and tools that ensure consistent presentation across categories, channels, and regions. Act as the key liaison between cross‑functional teams to balance commercial needs with brand elevation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop seasonal planning guides and visual tools for store teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Buying, Space Planning, and Brand Specialists to align priorities and ensure accuracy.
- Distribute and maintain documents via Yoobic/SharePoint; organize team calls and meetings.
- Provide visual feedback on assortments to support EMEA strategies and seasonal launches.
- Guide buying teams on product distribution and assortment modules.
- Lead cross‑channel collaboration to ensure consistent brand presentation across full price, showroom, and PRO environments.
- Act as the "go‑to" for brand image queries across functions.
- Ensure flagship presentation strategies are achievable and consistent.
- Balance commercial objectives with brand elevation and customer experience.
- An understanding of store fixture and store design.
- Ability to read floorplans and elevations.
- Experience of Visual Merchandising and merchandising and buying experience.
- Shop floor retail experience is essential.
- Microsoft Office with Adobe Suite.
- In-depth Knowledge of Excel.
- Experience of multi-channel environments.
- Focused; ability to visualize without physical space or product being present.
- Structured and organized, able to work to tight deadlines with numerous opinions and demands.
