The Customer Insights and Experience (CIX) team mission is to put the customer at the heart of Ralph Lauren business through personalized customer experiences across total eco system, fuelled by data, analytics, predictive modelling and best in class technology.
We are seeking a passionate and highly experienced Senior Marketing Technology Manager to help launch and lead Marketing Technology function within CIX organization. Reporting into Director of Insights and Data Strategy, this strategic role is responsible for helping to define strategy, implementation and optimization of marketing technologies in effort to drive customer centric solutions.
- Marketing Technology Strategy: Drive the development and execution of the CIX marketing technology roadmap, establishing strategic direction and ensuring full alignment with CIX objectives and broader organisational goals. Serve as a senior voice in technology investment decisions and long-term platform planning.
- Clienteling Platform Ownership: Act as the EMEA primary subject matter expert for the Clienteling technology ecosystem, owning the platform strategy, capability roadmap, and enhancement pipeline. Partner with Clienteling, IT, and Global teams to define and deliver best-in-class clienteling solutions at scale.
- Programme & Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional CIX marketing technology programmes — spanning discovery and requirements definition through to deployment, legal compliance, risk governance, and post-launch optimisation.
- Technology Evaluation & Lifecycle Management: Lead rigorous evaluation, procurement, deployment, and ongoing lifecycle management of the Martech stack, including Clienteling platforms, CMS (Content management system), and email marketing infrastructure. Define and enforce standards for tool performance, integration, and scalability.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs and measurement frameworks to monitor platform performance, diagnose inefficiencies, and surface actionable insights that directly inform technology investment and optimisation decisions.
- Capability Building & Enablement: Design and lead a structured enablement programme to drive adoption, proficiency, and best-practice usage of marketing technologies across the marketing organisation.
- Innovation & Technology Leadership: Maintain deep awareness of the evolving Martech landscape — evaluating emerging technologies, assessing strategic fit, and championing the continuous evolution of the CIX technology stack to maintain competitive advantage.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge:
- Qualifications in Technology, Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing Analytics; postgraduate qualification advantageous.
- Progressive experience in marketing technology, with demonstrable leadership of enterprise-scale Martech programmes.
- Proven ability to operate and influence effectively within complex, matrixed, cross-functional organisations.
- Deep expertise in customer engagement strategy, marketing operations, and end-to-end marketing workflow design.
- Strong technical fluency across marketing platforms, integration architecture, and data ecosystems.
- Exceptional programme management capability with rigorous attention to governance, risk, and delivery quality.
- Advanced analytical acumen — able to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated experience presenting to and influencing C-suite and senior leadership.
- Expert-level knowledge of current and emerging marketing technologies, platforms, and industry trends.
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Marketing Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar).
- Experience in Clienteling Platforms.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Experience with Customer Data Platforms.
- Experience leading Marketing technologies integration.
- Fully Fluent in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced proficiency in enterprise Marketing Platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Hands-on expertise with enterprise Clienteling Platforms and associated CRM ecosystems.
- Extensive experience with Content Management Systems across multi-market environments.
- Strong command of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data architecture principles.
- Proven track record leading complex, multi-system martech integrations and API-driven workflows.
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive reporting and strategic analysis.
