Position Overview
Key Account Manager for Wholesale Women\’s Footwear and Accessories
Responsibilities
- Present and sell seasonal collections to buyers multiple times a year, ensuring targets are met and the assortment aligns with brand strategy.
- Manage key account budgets.
- Conduct weekly analysis of seasonal trade performance and monthly forecasting of pre-sale sell-through to accurately predict end-of-season sell-through.
- Develop and execute business plans to drive growth and identify new business opportunities.
- Hold regular trade meetings with accounts to monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across departments, building strong relationships internally and externally.
- Visit stores regularly to ensure brand representation aligns with visual guidelines, and meet with store managers to discuss sales, opportunities, and collection feedback.
- Conduct seasonal in-store brand training sessions.
Position Requirements and Skills
- Experience in key account management, with strong relationships in UK/Ireland department stores and e-commerce accounts.
- Commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the women\’s footwear and accessories market in the UK/Ireland.
- Analytical skills with confidence in interpreting and presenting data.
- Excellent presentation skills, both in person and virtually.
- Strong influencing and negotiation abilities.
