This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behaviour Support team at Ralph Allen. The Behaviour Support Team play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of behaviour and learning are supported throughout our School.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Have experience working with challenging behaviour
- Be passionate about supporting young people’s Mental Health
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be able to remain calm, patient and supportive in challenging situations
- Have a willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of students
