This is an exciting opportunity to join our Behaviour Support team at Ralph Allen. The Behaviour Support Team play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of behaviour and learning are supported throughout our School.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Have experience working with challenging behaviour
  • Be passionate about supporting young people’s Mental Health
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be able to remain calm, patient and supportive in challenging situations
  • Have a willingness to work as part of a team and adapt to the needs of students
