As a Freelance Padel Coach, you’ll play a key role in creating that experience. Whether you’re introducing someone to padel for the first time, delivering high-quality coaching or helping run one of our social events, you’ll be instrumental in building a thriving community on and off the court.
The Role:
- Deliver individual and group coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities
- Introduce new players to padel through beginner sessions and taster experiences
- Organise and host social events, Americano tournaments and community sessions
- Build relationships with members and help create a welcoming club atmosphere
- Encourage repeat participation and support member retention
- Promote coaching programmes, courses and events
- Work collaboratively with the Rally Yard team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety and court etiquette

You’ll have the flexibility of freelance coaching while becoming part of an ambitious business with exciting plans for growth.
You will need the following:
- LTA Accredited Coach Qualification (or working towards accreditation)
- A genuine passion for coaching and developing players
- An engaging personality with excellent communication skills
