About Rally Yard: Based in Melton Mowbray, Rally Yard isn’t just a padel venue - it’s a place to play, grab great coffee and feel part of something. We’re building design-led racket clubs where the welcome matters as much as the game and where players and non-players alike want to stick around. With 5 premium courts, hot desks and a buzzing social space, Rally Yard is going to take the East Midlands by storm!

As a Freelance Padel Coach, you’ll play a key role in creating that experience. Whether you’re introducing someone to padel for the first time, delivering high-quality coaching or helping run one of our social events, you’ll be instrumental in building a thriving community on and off the court.

The Role:

  • Deliver individual and group coaching sessions for players of all ages and abilities
  • Introduce new players to padel through beginner sessions and taster experiences
  • Organise and host social events, Americano tournaments and community sessions
  • Build relationships with members and help create a welcoming club atmosphere
  • Encourage repeat participation and support member retention
  • Promote coaching programmes, courses and events
  • Work collaboratively with the Rally Yard team to deliver an outstanding customer experience
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety and court etiquette

We’re looking for enthusiastic, self-employed coaches who are passionate about delivering exceptional coaching and helping grow the Rally Yard community. This is more than delivering lessons. We’re looking for people who enjoy bringing others together, creating memorable experiences and representing the Rally Yard brand with energy and professionalism. You’ll have the flexibility of freelance coaching while becoming part of an ambitious business with exciting plans for growth.

You will need the following:

  • LTA Accredited Coach Qualification (or working towards accreditation)
  • A genuine passion for coaching and developing players
  • An engaging personality with excellent communication skills
  • Someone who naturally builds relationships and creates a welcoming environment
  • A proactive mindset with the drive to grow your coaching business alongside Rally Yard
  • Reliability, professionalism and pride in your work
  • Availability across evenings and weekends
