What you will do...
You will lead Qualitrol’s software-enabled enterprise services delivery—bringing consistency, transparency, and disciplined execution to our software programs, aligned to Ralliant’s operating rhythm and RBS. You’ll continuously improve how we build—championing modern practices such as AI-assisted delivery, continuous integration, test-driven development, and systematic problem solving. You’ll partner across global business and technology teams to align priorities, manage delivery risk, and remove roadblocks. You’ll hire and develop top talent, keep teams engaged, and create the environment to consistently deliver on-time, high-quality outcomes.
Additionally, you will have the opportunity to:
- Scale methodical AI-enabled development workflows and guardrails (secure-by-design, privacy/IP protections) to improve throughput and quality.
- Own portfolio planning and delivery (scope, schedule, cost), including reviews, risk management, and escalation resolution.
- Co-create roadmaps with Product Owners and leaders—balancing strategy, customer value, and capacity.
- Partner with architecture to deliver interoperable solutions and a frictionless, platform-led customer experience.
- Coach leaders and teams on Agile/Scrum/Lean and build career growth paths that retain and grow talent.

- Ability to operationalize Agentic software engineering across teams.
- Self-directed leader who can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to unblock delivery.
- Strong collaborator and communicator across functions and geographies.
Preferred skills/experience:
- Experience building and scaling high-performing software teams.
- Experience implementing responsible AI enablement in the SDLC (tooling, governance, training, measurement).
