The predicted salary is between 40500 - 49500 £ per year.

The Material Handler will work closely with the Materials Manager and Production Value Stream Leaders to ensure that production materials are kitted, distributed to production cells at the right time and in the right quantity and also verify stock level accuracy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organizing booked materials into the designated cell, correct bin.
  • Manage Parts bin sizes to utilize available space based on demand.
  • Frequent Cycle counting parts.
  • Data entry into excel and report maintenance.
  • Kitting Parts for Production & Shipment.
  • Kanban Card Triggering and Kanban board management.
  • Ensuring maintenance of IMAG-Inventory Management At Gemba materials presentation.

Experience / Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience within inventory / logistics environment.
  • Math’s & English GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above.
  • High degree of attention to detail with the ability to follow projects through.
  • Forklift and reach truck license.
  • Full clean drivers licence.

Desirable:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite products.
  • Knowledge of Oracle (preferred).
  • Manual handling experience.
  • Narrow aisle forklift licence.

Working Conditions:

Location: - Lisburn. Reports to Warehouse Team Leader. Manufacturing environment.
