- Cross-train across different production areas (defined in Production Training Matrix)
Main Responsibilities
- Customer obsessed – Production of finished goods to required targets – OTD / EPPM
- Build extraordinary teams – Is an active and engaged member of the team, communicates well and provides improvement ideas. Is an example to others.
- Skills awards – Deliver results – Keep production below the defined acceptable level of internal and external quality issues. – IPPM (internal parts per million)
- Lead with RBS – Follows Standard Work & 5S Housekeeping and provides feedback for process improvement opportunities.
