Are you commercially aware, hard working and under-appreciated? Or are you just ready to move on? We are looking for a solicitor to join our commercial property department with a view to progressing to a leading role within the department in the short to medium term. This opportunity has arisen due to an increase in the volume of instructions.
The nature of the work tends to be bespoke rather than repetitive and the successful candidate will be working closely with the head of department. We anticipate that the successful candidate will have some clients of their own who have been pleased with the services provided to them over the past years, but this is not essential. You would be working within a group willing to support each other if required.
The cases are often challenging and mostly for SMEs and entrepreneurs rather than institutional clients, so a good awareness of commercial and business issues would be an advantage. The firm is Lexcel accredited.
