The Opportunity

Ralio is the payments layer for AI Agents. We’re backed by very strong early investors and are now hiring Founding Engineers to help shape the product, architecture, and engineering culture from the ground up. This is a high-impact, high-agency role. You are the architect of our future codebase and the seed of our future engineering team.

What you’ll build

You will build the platform that AI Agents need to be able to pay safely. This involves building AI Agents, guardrails and integrations with payment providers, among other things.

What You’ll Do

  • Own end-to-end delivery of product features, from architecture and APIs to frontend, UX, infrastructure and deployment
  • Shape the technical vision and make foundational decisions about our technology stack and infrastructure
  • Wear many hats: engineer, product thinker, problem-solver

You’ll be challenged, you’ll grow, you’ll build something exciting.

Who You Are

  • A Builder: You’re excited by building from scratch. You care about craft, but you also understand the importance of speed.
  • Product-Minded: You care about why we are building a feature, not just how. You are willing to push back on founders if a feature doesn't make sense for the user.
  • Comfortable with Ambiguity: You don’t need a detailed spec sheet. You can take a high-level goal and figure out the implementation details.
  • Language Agnostic: You may have a preferred stack, but you are willing to pick up whatever tool does the job best.

You want to join a company early enough that your fingerprints are everywhere, but with the backing and clarity to go fast.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience building products with AI
  • Familiarity with agentic frameworks like Autogen, LangGraph, Google’s ADK, OpenAI Agents SDK
  • Programming languages are a tool, ideally you are proficient in more than one, but we use Python and Typescript
  • You have full stack experience, we use React and Supabase
  • Experience with payments systems is a plus

What We Offer

  • Ownership: Significant equity package. You are not just an employee; you are a partner in our success.
  • Impact: Your work will be on the edge of what’s possible. No red tape, no bureaucracy.
  • Flexibility: We are in a rapidly changing environment, so we prioritise face to face communication as it’s still the most effective style. We are at the same time outcome driven and flexible on working hours and location.

The Team: We are experienced fintech founders with payments and AI background, and we are backed by a great group of investors and advisors.

Growth: You are not only guaranteed, but expected to grow.

Benefits: Other great perks like health.
