The Opportunity
Ralio is the payments layer for AI agents. We're backed by very strong early investors and are now hiring a Founder Associate to own go-to-market and corporate topics. This is a high-impact, high-agency role. You are owning your role and will shape Ralio's growth.
What You'll Build
You'll build the commercial and operational machine that powers Ralio's growth. This involves architecting our go-to-market engine, scaling our internal infrastructure from scratch and designing the playbooks that will define our next phase of expansion.
What You'll Do
- Go-To-Market
- Marketing: you produce high-signal content, lead field marketing activities and own the growth topics.
- Business: you identify high-value targets, craft narratives and deploy outreach sequences.
- Sales: you build the sales decks, draft complex proposals and update the pipeline.
- Corporate
- Investors: you track core KPIs, craft shareholder updates and prepare board meetings.
- Admin: you oversee financial operations, manage overall compliance and build the operational foundations for scale.
- Projects: you drive company-wide projects, identify high-impact opportunities and deliver exceptional outcomes.
Who You Are
- A Company Builder: you are excited by building from zero. You care about operational excellence, but you understand that at this stage, momentum is our greatest competitive advantage.
- Business-Minded: you care about why we are making a strategic move, not just how. You have the conviction to push back on founders if a project doesn't move the needle for the business.
- High Agency: you thrive in ambiguity. You don't need a playbook or a detailed brief, you take a vague objective and own the execution from start to finish.
- Domain Agnostic: you are a true generalist. You are willing to dive into and master whatever discipline is most critical to the company's success today.
What You'll Bring
- High-Intensity Background: you have experience in an environment that demands rigor and speed, ideally Tier-1 consulting, investment banking or a high-growth startup.
- Commercial Hustle: you can identify market opportunities and you have the grit to execute cold outreach, lead generation, and initial sales conversations.
- Tools Power-User: you leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation, and research agents) and the modern startup stack.
- Elite Communication: you possess exceptional writing and design skills, with the ability to produce investor-grade decks and high-signal narratives.
What We Offer
- Ownership: significant equity package. You are not just an employee, you are a partner in our success.
- Impact: your work will be on the edge of what's possible. No red tape, no bureaucracy.
- Flexibility: we are in a rapidly changing environment, so we prioritise face-to-face communication as it's still the most effective style. We are at the same time outcome-driven and flexible on working hours and location.
- Team: we are experienced fintech founders with payments and AI background, and we are backed by a great group of investors and advisors. We work hard, because we know that there's no other way of achieving great things. We also prioritise our mental and physical health because we are long-term thinkers.
