Department: Marketing – Product Data Team
Ralawise is looking for a Product Data Specialist to join our Marketing team in Deeside. This role is central to how our products are presented across the business. You will help create, maintain and improve product information across our internal systems, websites and customer-facing platforms, supporting product launches, campaigns, promotions and ongoing improvements to product data standards. Working closely with Product, Buying, Marketing, Ecommerce, IT and Customer Service teams, you will help ensure our product data is accurate, complete, consistent and ready for use across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating, maintaining and updating product records across PIM, ERP, ecommerce and internal systems
- Managing product attributes, specifications, pricing, categorisation and digital assets
- Checking product data for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Supporting new product setup, enrichment and launch activity
- Gathering product information from suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Managing product amendments to support website updates, campaigns and brochure changes
- Producing reports on product data accuracy and completeness
- Supporting product data imports, exports, migrations and system improvements
- Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve product data queries
- Assisting with the management of digital assets, including product imagery
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in product data, PIM administration, ecommerce, merchandising, data administration or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Confidence working with large volumes of data
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using databases, ERP systems, PIM systems, ecommerce platforms or similar systems
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with internal teams and external suppliers
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach
Desirable
- Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and online product content management
- Understanding of data quality, data governance or product enrichment
- Experience working with large product catalogues or high-volume product ranges
