We are looking for an experienced Workwear Sales Manager to join our team and lead sales initiatives in the workwear market. This role is critical to the growth of Ralawise Ltd, focusing on generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with the current customer base within this sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workwear sales and will need to come from the industry, ideally currently working for a Workwear Brand, bringing an in-depth understanding of clients’ needs and the competitive landscape. This role is essential in driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and introducing our existing product collection to new audiences.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for the Workwear sector.
- Customer Acquisition & Management: Identify and engage potential clients, building relationships and understanding their workwear requirements.
- New Market Development: Introduce our collection of existing workwear to new audiences, creating tailored approaches to meet the unique needs of different market segments.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Account Management: Manage accounts from initial contact through to post-sale follow-up, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Internal and Field sales team to align on lead generation strategies and share insights on market demands.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including prospect interactions and sales forecasts, and provide regular updates to management.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in Workwear and/or PPE sales, ideally having worked for a workwear brand selling to the personalisation / decoration market.
- Sales Skills: Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building successful client relationships.
- New Audience Engagement: Experience in successfully launching or positioning products to new market segments or audiences.
- Customer-Focused: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to effectively address clients’ needs and build long-lasting relationships.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing client accounts and driving sales growth.
Location - National
Salary - Basic negotiable depending on experience, + Bonus / Commission - OTE up to £65k, Car allowance via a managed lease scheme.
