We’re looking for a CSR & Sustainability Assistant to join our team at our Deeside Head Office and support our journey as a true sustainability champion.
Your Impact
- Supporting the delivery of sustainability projects across the business
- Strengthening partnerships with organisations such as Ecovadis and GOTS
- Assisting with CSR data collection, reporting, and compliance (including packaging)
- Engaging with suppliers to uphold ethical, social, and environmental standards
- Supporting customer queries and supply chain communication
- Promoting a culture of sustainability across the business
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-focused individual who’s passionate about sustainability:
- Understanding of CSR, sustainability, and compliance principles
- Experience with supply chains and social audits (e.g. SMETA, WRAP, Amfori BSCI)
- Knowledge of certifications such as GRS, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Ecovadis, ISO 14001
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
- Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
