Ralawise is one of the UK’s leading distributors of apparel, workwear and promotional clothing, supplying thousands of customers nationwide with market-leading brands, exceptional stock availability and outstanding service. As we continue to grow our Workwear division, we are looking for an ambitious Workwear Business Development Executive to expand our customer base across the North of England. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys prospecting, networking and developing long-term customer relationships. You will identify new SME customers, trade counters, independent workwear businesses, PPE distributors and industrial suppliers, converting opportunities into active trading accounts that you will manage and grow.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identifying and targeting new workwear customers across the North
  • Building and managing a strong pipeline of opportunities
  • Arranging and attending customer meetings
  • Converting prospects into long-term trading accounts
  • Developing a structured territory plan
  • Introducing customers to the full Ralawise workwear offering
  • Growing customer spend and identifying new opportunities
  • Monitoring competitor activity and sharing market insight

What we’re looking for:

  • Sales, business development or customer-facing experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, organised and self-motivated approach
  • Confidence working independently across a large territory
  • A full UK driving licence

Experience within workwear, PPE would be a real advantage, experience selling other products into workwear businesses, PPE distributors and industrial suppliers would also be considered.
