Ralawise is a leading supplier in the personalised clothing and merchandise marketplace, stocking a wide range of industry-leading and high street brands. One of the brands we proudly distribute is the European B&C brand, known for their timeless collection of sustainable and ethically made garments, including T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polos, Outerwear, and Shirts.
As the UK distributor for B&C, we are looking for an experienced Clothing Brand Ambassador to promote and grow the B&C Brand within the North. This person will be a key figure in the future growth of B&C and will be instrumental in taking the brand to the next level within the North of England. Your sales experience, brand building profile, and great storytelling skills will come into play from day one. It is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role.
Key Duties:- Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits
- Facilitate product training and ensure that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B&C
- Raise B&C brand awareness through brand building and storytelling
- Ensure that B&C is “top of mind” with partners
- Identify new opportunities for developing top-level customers
- Support the fulfilment of sales budgets
- Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas, and strategy moving forwards
- Achieve the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually
- Attend sales meetings in Belgium – at least once a year
- Passionate, proactive, driven, curious, independent, responsible, targeted, customer-oriented, and a relationship-builder
- Solution-oriented and able to create growth
- Ability to see opportunities and uncover needs with customers
- Able to work independently, structured, and responsibly with tasks
- Strong communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Experience working with Key and Top-Level Customers
- Previous B2B brand sales experience, preferably in Fashion or Textiles
- An interest in sustainability would be an advantage
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports, and plan strategically
- Full driving license and passport
- Essential to be based within the North of England
- Willingness to work in the field 4 days a week and stay away from home when required
