Are you an experienced field sales professional who knows how to grow a territory, build strong customer relationships and sell physical products face-to-face? You don’t need to come from the clothing or promotional merchandise industry. If you have a strong track record in B2B product sales, are confident managing your own territory and enjoy getting in front of customers to present products and uncover new opportunities, we’d like to hear from you. Ralawise is looking for a commercially driven Territory Sales Executive to become a Brand Specialist and help grow the Premier brand across the North of England.
This is a great opportunity for someone who has developed their career in field sales and wants to take ownership of a recognised brand, with full product and industry training provided.
What you’ll be doing:
- You’ll be responsible for developing the Premier brand across your territory, working closely with both customers and our wider Field Sales team.
- Managing and developing a North of England sales territory.
- Planning your own diary and booking customer appointments.
- Visiting existing and prospective B2B customers face-to-face.
- Delivering engaging product presentations, demonstrations and brand showcases.
- Building strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Identifying opportunities to increase Premier sales within existing Ralawise accounts.
- Winning business from customers currently buying competitor products.
- Introducing customers to new products and ranges.
- Working with our Field Sales team to identify opportunities and grow accounts.
- Taking ownership of your territory and delivering measurable sales growth.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a B2B field sales role.
- Experience selling physical products rather than services.
- Managed your own geographical territory or customer portfolio.
- Experience arranging and managing your own customer appointments.
- Confidence presenting products and explaining their features and benefits.
- A track record of developing existing customers and winning new business.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to spot sales opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- The self-motivation and organisation needed for a field-based role; you must live central to the North region.
- Experience within apparel, workwear, promotional products, wholesale, manufacturing, distribution or another product-led industry.
We will provide full training on Ralawise, the Premier brand and our market.
