Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am–5.30pm

We are looking for an organised, confident and people-focused Recruitment Assistant to support recruitment activity across the business. This is a busy and varied role where you'll be involved in many stages of the recruitment process, including:

  • Advertising vacancies on Indeed, LinkedIn and other job boards
  • Reviewing CVs and applications against role requirements
  • Carrying out initial screening calls
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Sourcing active and passive candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms
  • Sending candidate communications, including interview confirmations and updates
  • Liaising with hiring managers to get interview feedback
  • Requesting employment references
  • Supporting right to work checks and pre-employment administration
  • Keeping recruitment records accurate and up to date
  • Supporting vacancy tracking and recruitment reporting

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, either in-house or agency - ideally recruiting sales, marketing, finance, administrative and customer service staff
  • A good understanding of the recruitment process
  • Confident speaking with candidates by phone, teams, email and face to face
  • Experience using Indeed or similar job boards
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • The ability to commute reliably to Deeside for an office-based role
