We’re looking for a CSR & Sustainability Assistant to join our team at our Deeside Head Office and support our journey as a true sustainability champion.

Your Impact

  • Supporting the delivery of sustainability projects across the business
  • Strengthening partnerships with organisations such as Ecovadis and GOTS
  • Assisting with CSR data collection, reporting, and compliance (including packaging)
  • Engaging with suppliers to uphold ethical, social, and environmental standards
  • Supporting customer queries and supply chain communication
  • Promoting a culture of sustainability across the business

What We’re Looking For

  • Understanding of CSR, sustainability, and compliance principles
  • Experience with supply chains and social audits (e.g. SMETA, WRAP, Amfori BSCI) desirable
  • Knowledge of certifications such as GRS, GOTS, Oeko-Tex, Ecovadis, ISO 14001 (nice to have)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
