What we're looking for:
- Experience working with SQL (joins, filters, aggregations, calculated fields)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable investigating systems where documentation may be limited
- Understanding of how data moves between systems
- Ability to work with both technical and operational teams

Nice to have:
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, JSON/XML

- Experience supporting ERP or core business systems
- Experience using AI tools to support development or analysis
This role is designed to grow over time.
