Ralawise is looking for a commercially driven Lead Brand Specialist to lead a team of Field Sales Brand Specialists who are based nationally whilst being responsible for the growth of the Premier brand across the North of England. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced B2B field sales professional who thrives on developing brands, building customer relationships, and driving measurable growth within a territory.

Working alongside our Field Sales team, you will play a key role in expanding the Premier brand, converting competitor users, and uncovering new commercial opportunities.

  • Driving growth of the Premier brand across your territory
  • Building strong relationships with existing and new customers
  • Increasing brand penetration within key Ralawise accounts
  • Delivering engaging product training and brand showcases
  • Identifying and converting customers currently using competitor brands
  • Collaborating with the Field Sales team on territory growth strategies
  • Leading and mentoring a team of Brand Specialists

Proven B2B field sales experience:

  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to uncover customer opportunities
  • Confident presenter with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Experience within apparel or related sectors including professional beauty distribution, salon product brands, salon equipment suppliers, premium beauty wholesalers, spa/aesthetic suppliers would also be suitable
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role
