Ralawise is a leading supplier in the personalised clothing and merchandise marketplace and stock a wide range of industry leading and high street leading brands helping customers find the products they love.
One of the brands that we are a proud distributor of is the European B&C brand; B&C is a successful Belgium brand, well known for their timeless collection of sustainable and ethically made garments, their collection includes T-Shirts, Sweatshirts, Polo\βs, Outerwear and Shirts.
As the UK distributor for B&C, we are looking for an experienced Clothing Brand Ambassador to promote and grown the B&C Brand within the North. This person will be a key figure in the future growth of B&C and will be instrumental in taking the brand to the next level within the North of England.
Your sales experience, brand building profile and great story-telling skills will come into play from day one β and it is important that you have a strong customer focus and good business understanding to be successful in this role.
Key Duties:
- Develop and speed up collaboration with Key Customers through frequent visits
- Facilitate product training and ensuring that Key Customers are ready to grow with Ralawise and B&C
- Raise B&C brand awareness through brand building and storytelling
- Ensure that B&C is \βtop of mind\β with partners
- Identify new opportunities for developing top level customers
- Support the fulfilment of sales budgets
- Plan and participate in local fairs and sales meetings
- Produce weekly and monthly reports on trends within your customers, ideas and strategy moving forwards.
- Achieving the sales targets which are set both monthly and annually.
- Attend sales meetings in Belgium β at least once a year
Skills and Knowledge:

- Be solution-oriented and love to create growth β and can make things happen.
- Ability to see opportunities and abilities to uncover and create needs with customers.
- Able to Work independently, structured, and responsible with your tasks.
- Have strong communication, listening and presentation skills
- Perform when working with Key and Top-Level Customers
- Previous B2B brand sales experience, preferably with a background in Fashion or Textiles
- An interest in sustainability would be an advantage
- Ability to analyse data, produce reports and plan strategically
- Full driving license and passport
- To be based within the North West / Yorkshire areas
The successful person must be happy working in the field 4 days a week and be able to stay away from home when required.
Basic is negotiable depending on experience + Commission/Bonus + Car
