As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs, helping service users achieve greater independence and participate actively in their communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide practical and emotional support to service users in accordance with their care and support plans.
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks where required.
- Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
- Support service users to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.

Requirements
