RAL Community Care Limited is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Support Workers to join our team in Lincoln.

As a Support Worker, you will provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs, helping service users achieve greater independence and participate actively in their communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide practical and emotional support to service users in accordance with their care and support plans.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks where required.
  • Promote independence, choice, dignity, and respect at all times.
  • Support service users to access community activities, appointments, and social opportunities.
  • Build positive and trusting relationships with service users, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records and report any concerns or changes in wellbeing to senior staff.
  • Follow safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, and company policies.
  • Encourage service users to develop confidence, life skills, and social engagement.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a care or support role is desirable but not essential.
  • A compassionate, patient, and professional approach.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends where required.
  • Right to work in the UK.
