You will own the strategy, roadmap and execution for how millions of users discover, activate and stick with Viber Pay / Viber’s fintech products. You will work at the intersection of product-led growth, compliance, marketing, fraud, and legal across multiple markets. Product Managers at Viber lead all aspects of their product and drive cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes. You will own the product backlog, UX, and feature definition, continuously striving to improve KPIs through rigorous experimentation and data analysis.
You will be part of a dedicated squad, working closely with Engineering, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support teams to prioritize development based on quantitative impact. You will be the analytical mastermind behind our top-of-funnel conversion, geographic expansion, and the delicate balance between a frictionless user experience and robust compliance. We are open to candidates with experience in either onboarding/growth and cards (or one of these areas), with a strong focus on mobile user experience and data-driven decision-making.
Responsibilities
- End-to-End ownership: Drive the product lifecycle from ideation to launch for all fintech onboarding and growth initiatives. Define clear success metrics, own the KPIs, and continuously iterate based on post-launch performance data.
- Maximize conversion through experimentation: Optimize the top-of-funnel and redesign landing pages using rigorous A/B testing, cohort analysis, and funnel tracking.
- Eliminate friction relentlessly: Dive deep into behavioral data and user journey mapping to identify critical UX bottlenecks, systematically streamlining data entry and collection to reduce drop-off rates.
- Card Lifecycle Management: Define and manage the end-to-end user journey for physical and virtual cards from application and issuance to spend management and card controls.
- Integrate compliance intelligently: Build elegant user flows that meet strict Risk, Fraud, and KYC requirements using data to strike the perfect balance between security and seamlessness.
- Scale globally: Lead product readiness for new geographic markets by analysing local market data, user trends, and regional fintech behaviors.
- Lead and inspire your squad: Guide a dedicated team of engineers and designers, fostering a culture where product decisions are backed by data while aligning seamlessly with Support, Marketing, and Compliance.
Requirements
- 4+ years as a Product Manager in the Fintech or Consumer Payments space, with specific experience in Growth/Onboarding and/or Card products (digital wallets, or card management).
- Strong B2C Mobile App experience with a deep, quantitative understanding of mobile user behavior and UX optimization.
- Exceptional Analytical Skills: A proven track record of using product analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude), BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker), and SQL, to diagnose funnel bottlenecks, build hypotheses, run experiments, remove product friction and drive growth.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: A strong leader with excellent interpersonal skills who can use data to build consensus and drive alignment across diverse teams.
- Communication: Fluent English with the ability to translate complex data and product concepts into clear, compelling narratives for stakeholders.
Advantages
