Responsibilities
- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing end to end, from campaign ideation and planning through to build, launch, testing, and performance analysis.
- Work hands-on in Braze, building journeys, managing segmentation, running experiments, and iterating based on results.
- Lead push notification and in-app messaging strategy and execution across onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation.
- Bring a creative and commercial approach to campaign planning, combining strong ideas with disciplined execution.
- Define success metrics, analyse performance, and use data to continuously optimise results.
- Lead and develop referral and loyalty initiatives, working across CRM and product surfaces to drive repeat usage and advocacy.
- Take ownership of additional growth channels where relevant, such as paid acquisition tests (e.g. Meta ads, Google Display).
- Own channel-level planning, testing roadmaps, and performance reviews for the initiatives you lead.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
Requirements
- Around 3–6 years’ experience in CRM, growth, or digital marketing.
- Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience. This is essential.
- Hands-on experience working in a B2C, app-based environment.
- Confidence delivering push notification and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Experience using Braze or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Experience leading at least one additional growth area beyond CRM, such as referrals, loyalty, or paid acquisition.
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and experimentation.
- Experience working in scaled or multi-market organisations.
- A proactive, hands-on working style with a startup mentality and strong sense of ownership.
