Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviews, and extending offers.
  • Partner with hiring managers to build talent pipelines and refine recruitment strategies.
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience while maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • Innovate sourcing channels to attract top candidates.
  • Utilize data-driven insights and the ATS (Spark/Comeet) to improve hiring decisions.
  • Train and guide managers on recruitment best practices.
  • Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and coordinate interviews.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, recruiting for global roles in the tech industry (preferably within the European and Asian markets).
  • Expertise in conducting behavioral interviews.
  • Experience in building strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude and able to work independently.
  • Full professional fluency (written and verbal) in English.
