With Viber Pay, we’re extending those connections into seamless, fee-free payments directly inside the app. Viber Pay is scaling across multiple markets, and we’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong CRM foundation and a broad growth mindset to lead lifecycle marketing and own additional growth channels for our in-app payments product.
CRM and lifecycle marketing sit at the heart of this role. Alongside that, you’ll take direct ownership of selected growth initiatives, from strategy through to execution and optimisation, making this a hands-on role with real accountability and impact.
Responsibilities- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing end to end, from campaign ideation and planning through to build, launch, testing, and performance analysis.
- Work hands-on in Braze, building journeys, managing segmentation, running experiments, and iterating based on results.
- Lead push notification and in-app messaging strategy and execution across onboarding, activation, engagement, and reactivation.
- Bring a creative and commercial approach to campaign planning, combining strong ideas with disciplined execution.
- Define success metrics, analyse performance, and use data to continuously optimise results.
- Lead and develop referral and loyalty initiatives, working across CRM and product surfaces to drive repeat usage and advocacy.
- Take ownership of additional growth channels where relevant, such as paid acquisition tests (e.g. Meta ads, Google Display).
- Own channel-level planning, testing roadmaps, and performance reviews for the initiatives you lead.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Analytics, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing activity with business goals.
- Around 3–6 years’ experience in CRM, growth, or digital marketing.
- Strong CRM and lifecycle marketing experience. This is essential.
- Hands-on experience working in a B2C, app-based environment.
- Confidence delivering push notification and in-app messaging campaigns.
- Experience using Braze or a similar marketing automation platform.
- Experience leading at least one additional growth area beyond CRM, such as referrals, loyalty, or paid acquisition.
- Comfortable working with data, performance metrics, and experimentation.
- Experience working in scaled or multi-market organisations.
- A proactive, hands-on working style with a startup mentality and strong sense of ownership.
- Direct experience with referral programmes or loyalty schemes.
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial products.
- Broader channel experience across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, UGC, or influencers.
- Experience working across multiple countries.
- Additional languages, particularly Greek, German, Croatian, or Bulgarian.
