We are looking for individuals to join our team across all functional areas of our business – from sales to engineering, support functions to product development.

Job description:

  • Responsible for building and managing the Enterprise Sales for the UK region at Rakuten Symphony Cloud.
  • Accountable for delivery revenue, managing Go To Market through partner and direct sales.
  • Will be reporting to the SVP of Sales for the enterprise.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for revenue target for the region.
  • Indirect GTM and channel management experience in the region.
  • Responsible for developing a healthy pipe and cover to deliver the plan.
  • Delivery of the revenue target for the region.
  • Managing net new business development and existing customer relationships.
  • Effective channel management of regional partners.
  • Selection and onboarding of new channel partners as required to hit the revenue targets.
  • Management of all routes to market, whilst developing a continuous expansion plan.
  • Representation of the Rakuten Symphony business at industry events.
  • Customer facing responsibilities making sure all C Suite decision makers are onboard.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of professional experience in leadership roles, software products Sales at scale (SAAS, PAAS, IAAS)/ELA.
  • Experience in selling Cloud Native Solutions (Kubernetes, SDS and Cloud Orchestrator).
  • Experience managing and growing cross-disciplinary organisations, including Sales, Pre Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success.
  • Experience building and leading teams at global organisations.
  • Business Acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Technical background along with Engineering Degree.
  • Experience in Enterprise account management.
  • Experience building healthy, sustainable organisational culture.
  • Manage cross-functional matrix team.
  • Understanding of roles, methods, processes, and best practices for user-centred design at scale.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, driving commitment across teams and peers.
  • Confidence in an environment of cross-functional collaboration, partnership, and leadership.
